Returns & Exchanges
You can request a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will offer to compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we can choose to repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can request a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt or invoice.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Sale items agreed to be faulty can be returned for repair or exchange only. No Refund will be offered on Sale items unless deemed to be supplied unfit for purpose.
Before returning your product, please contact us via email with a brief description of the item/s you would like us to consider for a refund or return, the problem with the item/s and if possible the original order number.

Unless the problem identified is a manufacturing issue, you are responsible for the costs incurred returning the item/s. A completed Exchange Form must accompany the item/s returned. The Exchange Form will be emailed to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. At best, Australia Post pay $50.00 for lost items that do not have insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
